Moscow authorities are planning to make an offer to investors from Hong Kong to take part in tenders for the construction of a number of transfer hubs in the capital city of Russia, Interfax news agency reports on Tuesday citing a Deputy Mayor of Moscow for urban construction policy and construction, Marat Khusnullin.
“We continue negotiations with the companies from Hon Kong. At present, we are preparing projects of transfer hubs, which we intend to put out to tenders. We invite the Hongkongese investors to participate in the tenders as well. Given that a large number of Chinese funds are based in Hong Kong and invest in real estate”, - said Marat Khusnullin.
The official added that this year Moscow plans to put out to tender approximately 20 – 30 transfer hubs.
“Now Hong Kong is among the countries leading in the construction of transport infrastructure. Hong Kong experience in design solutions is very interesting for us”, - he explained.
