The project of penthouse offices will be implemented in “Vostok” Tower of the “Federation” complex located in the “Moscow City” international center, a director general of CJSC Federation Tower, Mikhail Smirnov, told reporters on Tuesday.
He specified that luxury-office will occupy the penthouse’s area of 12,000 sq.m from the 90th to 98th storeys.
Six separate lifts will be available for the office. As Mr Smirnov put it, “the cost will not be stratospheric”.
374 meters “Federation” Tower is the highest building in Europe and the biggest one in the Moscow City. The skyscraper represents two towers of different heights, “Zapad” (The West) and “Vostok” (The East), united with a 6-storeys stylobate.
“Vostok” Tower is scheduled to be put into operation in the fourth quarter of 2016.
