A new toll road section will be built at M-4 “Don” motorway in Russia, from 633rd kilometer to 715th kilometer, bypassing Losevo village and the town of Pavlovsk located in the Voronezh region in Russia.
This is what the press office of “Avtodor” state company told Construction.RU on the 6th of July. As a reference, the motorway is in a beneficial ownership of the “Avtodor” company.
According to the project, the cost of the road’s construction will amount 62,37 bln roubles.
State financing will account for 90%, private investments – for 10%. The project will be implemented on a basis of the long-term investment agreement. The contract term is 24 years.
Contractor is to be selected on the e-auction. Project’s road show for investors will be carried out in the middle of August.
