The authorities of the Russian city of Tomsk have offered Auchan company two sites for the construction of its branded hypermarket, the regional press office told Construction.RU on Tuesday.
At the same time, as the representative of the city administration put it, the first site is located near the Sosnovy Bor micro-district. There are options to erect a new building or to join the project of the trade and recreation center under construction, which is being implemented by other developing builder.
The second site is situated close to the “Tomsk” Special Economic Zone.
In general, the city authorities are ready to render every assistance to Auchan company to help it begin the construction work this year.
