This is what Vice-Premier of the Russian Federation, Arkady Dvorkovich, told reporters on Tuesday.
According to him, the Turkish party is developing the regulatory framework for the project. The operating license for the Nuclear power plant construction site is expected to be received in 2018.
After that, “the first concrete” will be poured.
To remind you, the project of the first Turkish nuclear power plant includes four units of the WWER type with the capacity of 1200 megawatt each. The cost of the project was reported to total about $20 bln.
