France might prohibit foreign financing of mosques construction on the Republic’s territory, Prime Minister Manuel Valls said in an interview published by Le Monde.
“It’s necessary to think about a new type of relations with Islam in France. I endorse a temporary ban for foreign funding of mosque construction in France”, - said Prime Minister.
“War against terrorism waged by France will last for a long time, we will have to get through other terror attacks. However, we will win this war, since France has a strategy, which will let it defeat the enemy, which is Islamic totalitarianism”, - noted Manuel Valls.
He stressed that Islamic totalitarianism is a genuine enemy number one, France is already fighting it in Iraq, Syria and on its proper territory”.
