The construction of the “VDNKh” residential complex with the own park has started in Kazan. Green technologies will be used in the process of construction.
As the contractor’s press-office told Construction.RU today, the project includes 3 high-rise residential buildings of 16, 19 and 23 floors high, with the total area of 49,000 sq. meters.
Besides, each house will be equipped with solar batteries to minimize energetic expenditures and contraction of harmful ecological impact.
A park with unique trees will be planted on the territory of the complex, a zone with walking and cycling paths, and a playground for children will be organized as well.
A modern system of the radial drainage, used at the metro construction, will be developed for water level decrease in the construction pit.
The residential complex foundation is over 1.2 m thick. And 10,000 cubic meters of cement were used to pour it. The total area of the foundation will be over 7,500 sq. meters, and it will be 9.2 m deep.
