Nord Stream 2 project of a gas pipeline construction has nothing to do with Ukraine, but even there Kiev rushes to declare its interests, said chairman of the Coumcil of Federation Committee for Foreign Affairs, Konstantin Kosachev.
Ukrainian Anti-monopoly Committee asks the participants of the Nord Stream 2 gas pipeline project, which will be constructed under the Baltic Sea, to agree its implementation with the Ukrainian party in order to “prevent violation of legislation on the defense of economic competitiveness”. At the same time, Ukraine neither is a participant of the project, nor the consumer of gas supplied through this pipeline.
“Here is a curious piece of news: Ukraine demands that Gazprom should agree with it the Nord Stream 2 gas pipeline project. Demands. To Agree”, - Konstantin Kosachev wrote on his Facebook account on Friday.
