Rating of the richest Russian clans, published by Forbes, was topped by owners of the developer’s companies.
The number one ranking secured BIN Group belonging to the Gutseriev family, whose wealth amounts to $9,8 bln. The company owns a number of hotels, construction companies, logistic centers and real estate located abroad. The key assets of the Group are two banks and oil enterprises, says Forbes.
The Rotenberg family with $2,8 bln ranked second and is named by the edition “Kings of government contracts”. Apart from Stroigazmontazh company, which is a general contractor of the Kerch Bridge construction, the family owns the real estate assets in Finland, as well as TNS Real Estate developer’s company.
The Ananyev family is ranked third with their $2,8 bln. They own Promsvyazbank and Vozrozhdenye banks, as well as Promsvyazbank Real Estate developer’s company.
