Vesper и Ikon Development, a builder's developing company, intends to construct a multi-functional facility with apartments and stores on the square of Kursky railway station in Moscow.
Construction of a high-rise tower is estimated at $121m net of the land price, Kommersant newspaper reports today.
Apartments and a trade zone with a total area of 60,400 square meters will be located there. The project of this luxurious building has been designed by Speech Architect Bureau.
We should remind you that Kursky railway station built in 1896 is one of the nine railway terminals in Moscow. Unlike most Moscow terminals, Kursky railway station operates two almost opposite railroad directions from Moscow.
