On Tuesday, a plant producing “Tomlesdreva” chip plates was put in operation in the Russian city of Tomsk. The official opening ceremony was attended by the city’s governor.
The project of plant construction is estimated at 6,2 billion roubles. As the press office of the Tomsk regional administration told Construction.RU, investments in construction of this modern enterprise totaled 6,2 billion roubles.
The facility is capable to produce 350,000 cubic meters of chip plants per year. About 1,000 new jobs will be created at the enterprise.
Tomsk with the population of 524,669 people is one of the oldest towns in Siberia. Tomsk lies in the southeastern West Siberian Plain.
