A large administration and warehousing territory “Bolshoye Pokrovskoe” is planned to be created in Moscow region, in the vicinity of the Vnukovo airport.
As Construction.RU was told today by the press office of the building developer’s company, a new business cluster will be located in 18 km from the Moscow Ring Road, along the Kievskoye highway near the Vnukovo airport.
The total area of the complex will amount to 38 hectares. Office buildings, warehouse complexes, retail outlets, enterprises of technical service etc will be erected on this territory.
The facilities will form a logistic, commercial and administrative sectors. The area of each land plot out up for sale ranges from 0.4 to 5 hectares.
