One of the largest companies in Sichuan province in China intends to choose sites for the construction of commercial real estate in Moscow.
The construction site must be selected over the course of a month, a Deputy Chairman of Moscow regional government, Denis Butsaev, said on Thursday following negotiations with the Sichuan delegation in the city of Krasnogorsk.
“We accepted the Sichuan delegation, one of the largest companies of this province is going to invest about $1 billion in commercial real estate. First and foremost, it is hotels, offices, shopping centers”, — said Denis Butsaev.
According to him, the regional authorities have demonstrated to the delegation the investment potential of the Moscow region. In particular, the investor was offered the format of public-private partnerships.
Investments might be transferred over the course of the next year, he added.
