Crimean commercial court has complied with a suit filed by Yalta city administration to transfer into municipal ownership a plot of land with an area of 2,8 hectares, which is related to Ukrainian oligarch Ihor Kolomoyskyi.
The site is located nearby the city trolleybus depot. “In the period of Crimea being the part of Ukraine, the given plot of land was transferred by Yalta city council to one of the commercial firms affiliated with the name of a famous Ukrainian oligarch,” the press release issued by the press office of the Mayor Office says.
Yalta Mayor, Andrey Rostenko, stressed in his interview to RIA Novosti news agency that the site was leased out illegally.
