Head of Chechnya unveils details of construction of largest Elite Forces Center

Ramzan Kadyrov, the Head of the Chechen Republic, in Russia, made sure that the construction of International Elite Forces’ Training Center in the town of Gudermes were being carried out at a quickened pace and many of the facilities were ready for commissioning.
