A five-star hotel under the brand of Sheraton is scheduled to be put in operation in Saransk this autumn, as it follows from a message published on the website of Mordovia’s regional administration.
According to the available information, over the course of 2018 World Cup, the FIFA representatives and other VIP guests are planned to be accommodated in this hotel complex.
At present, most of the foundation has been laid and the building’s frame has been erected. Installation of lighting, heating, water and energy supply systems is underway.
A nine-storey hotel with a total area of over 12,600 square meters will include 159 rooms. In addition, Sheraton Hotel in Saransk will have a number of negotiation rooms, a conference hall, restaurant, fitness center, spa facility and a laundry.
