This year, YIT Uralstroy, a subsidiary of Finnish concern YIT, plans to put into operation about 36.5 thousand square meters of housing, the head of the company’s marketing department, Oleg Kolesnikov, told Interfax news agency.




According to him, all under construction projects are located in the Sverdlovsk region — Yekaterinburg and Verkhnyaya Pyshma.

However, in 2016, the company put into operation in the Urals 10 houses with a total area of approximately 61.5 thousand square meters (46.6 thousand sq m commissioned in Yekaterinburg and Verkhnyaya Pyshma, 14.9 thousand square meters — in Tyumen). Regarding 2015, the figure rose 1.68 times. Thus, in 2017, YIT Uralstroy plans to reduce the amount of new housing 1.73 times, compared with the previous year.
