The authorities of Stary Oskol urban district, located in the Belgorod region of Russia, plan to put into operation “Kotyol” industrial Park until the year 2022.
Its investment value is over 1,2 billion rubles ($20 million), according to the website of the local administration.
“The scheme of interaction between the project’s participants involves the contribution on the part of the park’s residents in the amount of 20% of the cost of under construction buildings, which is 143.1 million rubles; attracting funds of credit institutions in the amount of 643,7 million rubles; participation of the regional budget in the form of inclusion of the park’s energy supply facilities and road network construction in the relevant investment program totaling 394,4 million rubles; the participation of local government in the form of financing the construction of gas and water supply networks totaling 41.9 million rubles,” the statement says.
