Construction of a large Leroy Merlin hypermarket is almost completed in the area of Kartmazovo village located on the territory recently adjoined to the capital city of Russia, a so-called News Moscow.
As Construction.RU was told on Thursday by the press-service of the State Building Control Committee of Moscow (Mosgosstroynadzor), the developer has already submitted a notice of the completion of construction activities to that governmental agency.
Now the Committee will conduct a final review, following which a decision will be made over operational commissioning of the facility.
Thus, a total area of Leroy Merlin hypermarket selling construction materials amounts to 17.5 thousand square meters. The project also envisages building a parking lot for 935 cars, street retail pavilion, as well as utilities facilities on this plot of land.
