Börner, a German family company, which has been operating for 135 years, was unexpectedly bought by a co-owner of TechnoNICOL, Sergei Kolesnikov.
As Construction.RU was told today by the company’s press office, the purchase of this manufacturer of waterproofing materials cost him only 465 million rubles (€7.5 million).
At present, Börner company produces and supplies bitumen-polymer and bitumen membranes, coatings and compounds to its consumers in Germany, Poland, Czech Republic, Great Britain and Scandinavia.
We should remind you that that TechnoNICOL is a manufacturer of construction materials with plants operating in Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Lithuania, Czech Republic, Italy, the UK and Germany. Products are exported to more than 80 countries.
