A modern residential compound with an area of 550,000 square meters will be built in Moscow by a well-known real estate development company Hines, headquartered in the USA.
The residential compound will be located at the address: Admirala Makarova Street, building No. 2.
RBC news agency emphasizes that it is the only major project implemented in the Russian housing market with the participation of an American developer. The compound will be erected near Metropolis mixed use complex, in the vicinity of Voykovskaya metro station.
The construction site will occupy a plot of land with an area of 20.3 hectares, which is owned by Liral Group.
Hines company, as a fee-developer, will develop a draft plan of the residential compound with 452,400 square meters of living space. The company’s experts will handle the hiring and supervision of contractors, as well as the further sales of apartments. A total investment in the project will reach 43 billion rubles ($764 million).
