The head of Otdelstroy-Invest, Alexander Guretsky, is considering selling a four-star Sheraton Sheremetyevo hotel in Moscow, three consultants in the real estate market told Rambler News agency on Tueday.
“Sheraton Sheremetyevo has long been for sale,” one of the sources said.
However, Alexander Guretsky declined to comment the information.
Sheraton Moscow Sheremetyevo Airport Hotel is a 10-storey hotel offering 334 rooms. The facility opened in 2013. The hotel is located 800 meters from the international terminal of Sheremetyevo airport and includes Skypoint business park and a fitness center.
According to a deputy director for development of the hospitality industry at CBRE, Stanislav Ivashkevich, at present, the hotel is approximately 50% loaded. An average rate of the room is about 5,000 rubles or about $89 per day.
