Bioenergija, based in Slovenia, has designed the world's first gravestone with 48-inch screens, allowing a client to post and display videos, images and digital content, according to Reuters.
As the head of the company Saso Radovanovic said, in addition to a name and surname of the deceased, screens on the gravestone allow to enter additional information, including the whole story, an image or even a movie.
According to Radovanovic, the touch screen senses the human presence, and when there is no one near the gravestone, the screen shows only the name of the deceased and the date of his or her life. This technology ensures energy efficiency of the new devise and protects the screen extending the period of its service.
