Financing of the construction of engineering infrastructure within the "Housing for the Russian Family" program will become an investment priority for the federal fund of assistance to the development of housing construction.

This was approved on April 29th at a meeting of the Board of the Trustees of the Fund, which took place under the chairmanship of the head of the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing and housing and communal services of the Russian Federation, Mikhail Menn, as was reported to Construction.ru by the press service of the ministry. In particular, the participants of the meeting accepted a new directive for the Federal fund to offer assistance to the development of housing construction in financing the construction of facilities for engineering infrastructure.
When financing the construction of engineering infrastructure from the Fund, land plots for the "Housing for the Russian Family" program will now be a priority. According to the plan, the new directive will encourage builders to finish projects on time and in the specified volumes, and also to promote the sale of the new housing to targeted group of buyers.
We will remind you that the federal fund of assistance to the development of housing construction has been conducting investment activities for providing land plots for engineering communications since 2010. These obligations have led to the purchase of 83 land plots, with a total area of 2.85 thousand hectares, on which they plan to construct more than 4 million sq. m of housing. Thus, the volume of the obligations fulfilled by the fund as of today makes for a total of 2.34 billion rubles.
The total amount in the fund has now reached 4.66 billion rubles.
