The company has taken a decision on starting the construction of the sea leg of the gas pipeline “The Turkish Stream”.
The head of “Gazprom”, Alexei Miller, speaking on the “Russia24” TV channel, announced that the decision on the beginning of the gas pipeline sea leg has been taken, and preliminary work started on the 8th of May.
Alexei Miller and the Turkish Minister of Energy and Natural Resources, Taner Yildyz, have agreed on putting “The Turkish Stream” into operation and on the beginning of the gas supply in December 2016.
