As was told to Construction.ru by the press service of the department of construction of Moscow, the 14-storey house was constructed five months before the deadline using innovative technologies. It will be officially launched in July. It is a collaborative project from the "Management of Civil Engineering" and "Rosnano".

During the work on the project, for a firm fixing of internal partitions, a composite grid was used. For thermal insulation of the roof and underground parking, foam glass gravel was used. This has increased moisture resistance and durability but a low heat conductivity. For the windows, two-chamber sun-protection double-glazed windows were used. These reduce the permeability of thermal radiation by more than 30%, which allows a twofold reduction in the cost of heating. At the entrances, economic LED lighting was used.
Within two years of commissioning, experts will monitor the features of the operation of the house. On this basis they will then make recommendations on the use of new materials and technologies on the construction of modern housing.
In the future, this house could become a prototype of housing for new generation both in Moscow and in all of Russia, the head of the department of construction of Moscow, Andrey Bochkaryov, is sure.
