The SU-155 construction company, headed by billionaire Mikhail Balakin, owes Moscow 192.6 million rubles for the rent of 23 plots of land.

As Kommersant wrote today, a similar situation happened in the suburbs, where the SU-155 manufacturer owes about 1 billion rubles for the lease of 82.5 hectares in Dolgoprudny. However, this conflict ended a short time later. In December 2014, the authorities of the Moscow region filed with the Arbitration Court of Moscow a declaration recognizing the builder as bankrupt. In March, the company refused to meet its obligations on bonds for 2.3 billion rubles, thereby allowing a major default. A month later, the company made a regular default on bonds amounting to 1 billion rubles. The total portfolio of projects used by the SU-155 manufacturer reached 17.4 million square meters. Revenue in 2014 amounted to 106 billion rubles, with a total debt of 25 billion rubles.
According to the Minister of Construction Mikhail Men, 36,000 Russian shareholders are now faced with the bankruptcy of the large company.
