The first new concrete plant started its work as a participant in the free economic zone in Sevastopol.
Taking the floor at the opening ceremony the Governor of Sevastopol, Sergey Menyailo said that investment attraction is one of the main focuses of the city government’s work. It is necessary to take away existing barriers. The owner of the plant, Arthur Arutyan, said that now there is no need to order concrete for Sevastopol from other regions. The new plant has a capacity of 90 m3 of high quality mixture per hour. It took 4 months to complete all the works at the construction site.
