The Kamchatka regional authorities have made a decision to build a number of modern hotel complexes, what is expected to boost tourist activity in the region.
This year a renovated “Nachiki” spa resort with a swimming pool and a café have been opened on Kamchatka, the press office of the regional government told Construction.RU.
The construction of the “Parus” hotel is underway in the center of Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky city. At a construction site of the “Zelenovskiye Ozerki” priority development area the erection of the “Avacha” hotel complex is to start in the near future.
A large-scale project is planned to be implemented at the “Paratunka” construction site, the “Zhemchuzhina Kamchatki” spa resort is being developed.
All there projects are mostly expected to be realized at the expense of investors with the support of the local authorities.
