On the 16th of August, 2016, the Property and Land Relations Department of the Bryansk city administration is conducting an auction selling shares portfolio of “Central” hotel owned by municipality.
31,364 of ordinary shares, what accounts for 19,75% of the company’s capital, are to be put on auction.
This is the second auction for the hotel’s shares sale. The first one was set for the 11th of July 2016, but failed to take place due to the absence of submitted bidding applications.
The initial price of the shares portfolio hasn’t changed and amounts to 32,526,000 roubles. The entity’s property is a land plot with an area of 2,547 sq.m in the city of Bryansk and two buildings with a total area of 3,929 sq.m.
