The city authorities of Moscow announced a tender for a contractor, which will carry out the construction of housing. The project is estimated at 12,5 billion roubles.
According to the information published on the website of public procurement, the matter concerns the construction of housing with built-in and adjacent schools and utility networks. The project also envisages improvement of the territory and site preparation on the plot of land.
The site is located in the area of Filyovski Park, Beregovoi Passage, building 2/18 and building 2/19.
Bidding applications can be submitted until the 17th of November, 2016. The results are scheduled to be announced on the 18th of November, 2016.
