The authorities of the Tula region offer to private investors to take part in restoration of mansion houses for the purpose to enhance tourist attractiveness of the region, the press office of the regional government said.
“At present, Tula mansion houses need restoration. We are ready to invite investors, who will be able to take the responsibility and restore the sites at their own expense, as well as will establish the facilities of tourist infrastructure in the vicinity to these mansions,” a deputy governor of the Tula region, Vyacheslav Fedorishchev announced during a meeting between the regional officials and representatives of business devoted to the issues of implementation of “Tula Mansion Houses” investment project.
According to Vyacheslav Fedorishchev, the project for mansions’ renovation in the Tula region may serve as a good example of public and private partnership and include both tourist infrastructure facilities and unique historical and cultural sites.
