Sberbank, a state-owned Russian banking and financial services company headquartered in Moscow, sells one of its buildings in the city of Tambov located in the Central Administrative District of Russia, the documents published on the company’s official website say.
The project is estimated at 108 million rubles ($1,8 million).
A three-storey building with an area of almost 3,500 square meters is located in the center of the city, in the vicinity to the local administration.
A regional branch of Sberbank told Interfax news agency that the sale of the building was connected with a successful promotion of the bank’s online services, as well as expansion of automatic cash dispensers. Thus, the introduction of new technologies has led to clearing office spaces.
