The authorities of Moscow, the capital city of Russia, put on auction seven plots of land intended for the construction of fitness and health complexes with a diverse functionality, the head of the city Department for Competitive Policy, Gennady Degtev, announced on Monday.
“Seven plots of land for fitness and health complexes with a diverse functionality, beginning from sports complexes with a swimming pool and ice rink to sports centers with retail spaces, could be considered today for investments. The first auction on land lease in 2017 showed that the business was still interested in possibility to build a sports complex,” Gennady Degtev said.
He specified that three investors expressed their interest in building a fitness and health complex with a swimming pool in the southwest of Moscow.
