776 parking stalls owned by Moscow have been put up for electronic auction, a deputy head of the Moscow Construction Department, Pavel Bataikin, told Interfax news agency on Tuesday.
“The Directorate for Garage Building, which manages these objects, has put on auction 776 parking stalls. The largest offer is marked on the south-west – 238, in the center – 223 and in the north-west – 106,” Bataikin said.
He noted that the highest starting price of the parking stall amounted to 2,1 million rubles ($36,600) with the location in Zamoskvorechye district. The minimum initial price was set for the object in Troparyovo-Nikulino district situated in the west of the city, which totals 292,000 rubles ($5,000).
