The Moscow construction department has announced an open tender for the construction of a building for a social services centre in Western Biriuliovo.
As reported on the state procurement web-site, the construction site will be located at 11a, Medynskaya Str. The building will be constructed on 0.4 hectares in place of a brick ambulance substation. The center will cover 2,950 m2.
The territory will be divided into several zones: health and fitness, recreation, household etc. A hall, initial consultation rooms, crises center rooms, psychologists’ rooms, lawyers’ studies, security rooms, a wardrobe, a dining room, etc. will be located on the ground floor.
Different medical treatment studies, halls and gyms, and a computer class will be on the first floor. Social service rooms, a dancing hall and administrative rooms will be on the second floor.
Safe transportation will be provided for people with limited mobility. There will be lifts and entrance ramps. The maximum capacity of the center will be 496 people a day.
The initial cost of the contract is 321.3m rubles. The term of the construction will be no more than 6.5 months from the date of the signing of the state contract. The result of the tender is to be drawn on September 15th.
