According to the assessment of the “Statista” marketing science institute and the “Focus” journal, the “profine Group” holding is one of the best employers in Germany.
As Construction.ru was told by the press office of the Russian department of the holding – the “profine RUS” company – the rating is based on a poll of more than 70,000 employees of different qualifications and ages at many German enterprises, representing 22 industrial branches.
They evaluated their satisfaction with their current employer, their involvement in the company’s activities, and their career prospects. At the same time, competitive enterprises of the industry were discussed.
The companies included in the top employers’ list will get a special award, “Top national employers - 2016”.
