Australian Strabag, a European-based technology group for construction services, will build an office and production facility for Siemens Building Technologies. The buidings are planned to be located in the Swiss town of Zug.
According to the company’s official statement, the contract price amounts to approximately 100 m euro.
A 7-storey office building will occupy an area of over 31,700 sq.m. It will have an underground parking lot, the press release says.
A 4-storey production building with an area of about 24,000 sq.m will include manufacturing workshops, labs and offices. On the ground floor, an automated system of transportation and storage will be located.
The construction of both facilities is scheduled to be completed in June 2018.
