Historic Villa Vistarenni, situated in the central Italian region of Tuscany, is put up for sale for €14,2m, reported Knight Frank on Tuesday. The manor is located on the land plot with an area of 154 hectares.




The main house of Villa Vistarenni, which was built in year 1714, occupies an area of 2,000 sq.m and was constructed in the style of Renaissance era. The building’s façade was fully renovated in 1914 – 1919 upon the project of Florentine architect Ludovico Fortini.

Original flooring and ceiling have been preserved in the house. Villa Vistarenni is a heritage building of Italy.

On the land plot adjunct to the manor, there are a swimming pool, a tennis course and a winery. The rest of the territory is forest and pastoral land.
