The construction of the “Vostok” Tower of the “Federation” multifunctional complex in Moscow City is to complete in the end of March,2017, Iterfax-Realty reports referring to Mikhail Smirnov, Director General of the “Federation Tower” Ltd.
According to Smirnov, engineering systems of the tower have been 95% mounted, the facades are actually ready. Some escalators have been put in operation; the 16 escalators are being tested presently and will start work before April.
Earlier, the Moscow State Construction Supervision Committee reported that the “Vostok” tower would be put in operation by July, 2017, Interfax reports.
The “Federation” tower is the highest building in Europe consisting of two high-risers – 63 storey tall “Zapad” (West) tower erected in 2007-2008, and 95 storey “Vostok” (East) tower, 373.3m high.
