Russian Railway gets $157 million for development of Moscow railroad

This year, the Russian Railways is likely to get 9.4 billion rubles ($157 million) for construction of stations of the Moscow railway and integration of its Savelovski line and the Moscow Central Ring.




The corresponding modification in the Charter of the Russian Railways have been elaborated by The Transport Ministry, as it follows from materials published on the legal information website.

Another 3,74 billion rubles can be allocated for a complex reconstruction of a Krasnodar rail junction’s bypass on the section of M. Gorky – Kotelnikovo – Tikhoretskaya – Krymskaya.

Earlier, president of the Russian Railways Oleg Belozerov informed that in 2017 the company’s investment program could be increased up to 510 billion rubles. Previously, it amounted to 459 billion rubles, but then it was increased up to 495 billion rubles.
