Twenty seven hotels are scheduled to be put into operation in the Russian capital city in 2018, The Moscow Committee for Construction Investment Projects and Co-Funding Construction said on Friday.
More than half of this amount will be completed by the fourth quarter of the next year.
“The total area of the room supply, which will emerge in the capital next year, will amount to 500,000 square meters, the bulk of input will account for the fourth quarter, when 14 hotels will be put in operation”, the Committee’s Chairman Konstantin Timofeev said.
He noted that at present, construction and installation work was being carried out at 15 sites scheduled to be commissioned next year.
