The Smart Intercom system, which is now being tested, can be introduced in the capital of Russia by the end of 2018, Rambler News reports on Friday.

Such a door entry system under the name of “City 77” is planned to be integrated with the systems of Moscow city emergency response services, the Russian Post as well as those of private security firms. The system is equipped with a camera capable of recognizing faces. Due to this function, residents of the house will be able to open the door without a key, but at the same time, visits by strangers will be recorded.

Also, thanks to G-Open technology, a new intercom allows to open the door using a mobile phone. For additional identification, the fingerprint recognition technology can be used.
