The arbitration court of Saint Petersburg and the Leningrad region has announced a tender for a contractor to complete the construction of its new building in Smolny Street in the Central district of the city.
Detailed specifications of the tender documentation aren’t publicly available since it contains state secrets, according to the website of state purchases. It is known only that the whole of the work must be completed by the end of this year.
The maximum contract price is 1.14 bln roubles. The project is to be financed from the federal budget within the program entitled, “Judiciary system development in Russia for 2013 – 2020”. The tender is scheduled to be summarized in the third week of June.
We should remind you that the work at the construction site of the arbitration court’s new building, with an area of 30,000 m2, started in autumn 2012.
