A tender for a general contractor to build an air terminal complex at the airport of the Russian city of Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk announced in mid-April has been cancelled.
According to information published on the procurement website, this week a new tender will be announced, and the initial contract price has increased by 124 million rubles. Now, the price is more than 6.6 billion rubles ($114,2 million).
The commissioner is JSC Aerovokzal Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk, which is 100% owned by the government of the Sakhalin region. The project implementation will be financed from the regional budget, the funds are transferred to the joint-stock company as a budget investment.
Documents for participation in the tender are accepted until the 24th of May, and the results will be summed up on the 31st of May.
