The largest trade center in the east of the Moscow region, ‘Elgrad’, with an area of 60,000 m2, has been put out to tender on the instructions of JSC ‘Sberbank’.
As Construction.ru was told by the press office of the Auction House of the Russian Federation, the auction has been set for December 4th. The object is situated in Electrostal, Lenin Avenue 10b. The initial price is 1.9 bln rubles, and the reserve price is 1.73 bln rubles. The complex is currently 60% let. The key lessees of the trade/amusement center are the Kino Gallery cinema, a branch of M.Video, the Zebra fitness center and the Detskiy Mir company.
