The deportation of Turkish constructors will not influence the prices and terms of objects under construction in Moscow and Russia.
A representative from the Ministry talked about this with RIA Novosti on Sunday. According to him, Russian specialists are no less professional in the sphere of construction. About 70% of monolithic construction objects are being built with the help of Turkish contractors, but they do not deal with the construction of economy-class housing. They operate in the premium-class construction segment, but Russian constructors are willing to move into this area.
To remind you, on November 28th the Kremlin press office reported on the RF President’s order on national security provisions and special economic measures concerning Turkey. In particular, the President introduced an embargo on charter flights between the two countries, forbade employers from hiring Turkish citizens after January 1st, 2016, forbade or limited the activities of organizations under Turkish jurisdiction on the territory of Russia, and forbade or limited the import of Turkish goods.
Sanctions against Turkey were introduced after the downing of the Russian Su-24 over Syrian territory.
