An apartment hotel, Park Hotel Vertical Otrada, is to be put into operation by the end of the year, in the “Otradnoye” village of the Krasnogorsk Region near Moscow.
As Construction.ru was told by the press office of the NAI Becar Apartments property management company, it will be a 6-storey comfort-class solid building for 125 apartments with an area of 27-158 sq. meters per apartment and an underground garage for 70 cars.
Shops, restaurants, cafes and service centers will be located on the ground floor. At present, interior finishing works are being carried out at the construction site.
