On the site of what is now an automobile market, located at Varshavskoye highway, 170, a multi-functional hotel and business complex will be erected with a total area of 775,800 m2 and with parking for 10,000 cars.
The entertainment park of the Hollywood film studio, Universal Studios, will be the central point of the multi-functional hotel and business complex. If the documentation is received in time, the investor will start work at the construction site at the beginning of 2017.
