A large plant for edible mushroom cultivation will be built soon in the Pavlov district of the Nizhny Novgorod region.
The corresponding agreement is expected to be signed by the regional government and the “Yasenetsky Mushroom Production Complex” within the course of the Saint Petersburg International Economic Forum, which is scheduled to be held from the 16th to the 18th of June, 2016.
According to the project, the execution of the work at the construction site will cost 1.5 bln roubles. As soon as it is put into operation, 110 jobs will be created.
The Nizhny Novgorod region is a federal subject of Russia that ranks 7th in the country in terms of industrial output. The leading sectors of its economy are engineering and metalworking.
